Editor's comment The geographic coordinates of the type locality provided in the original description (Giere & Erséus, 1998) seem to be erroneous. They were corrected from 32.23ºN, 64.40ºW to 32º23'N, 64º40'W in order to plot the type locality on the above map. [details]
