Taxonomic remark Dr Claus Nielsen, the co-editor of Entoprocta, and me both recognize the two entoproct orders, Coloniales and Solitaria, are not natural taxa. Our opinion mainly comes from the fact that a colonial family, Loxokalypodidae, share several important characters with solitary species. We agree to use no higher-rank taxon and use only four families under the Phylum Entoprocta. [details]
