There are 146 species and subspecies belong to 109 genera, 36 families and 15 orders in the sea. Twenty species from them are new for the East-Siberian Sea. Results of biogeographical analysis showed that member of Pacific and Boreal species are much less than in the Chukchi Sea. New method of extraction of less damaged worms from their tubes is given using fresh or distilled water.
