Distribution: The Trophoninae reported from the Belgian coast are probably (sub)fossil. There is also a possibility that it was imported from elsewere. There are reports from f Boreotrophon truncatus appear to be fresh, but in fact dead specimens at the Hinders Banks. [details]
Habitat: Known from rocky shores. [details]
