Homonymy Technically this variety is a senior primary homonym of Halichondria digitata Baer, 1906, but this in turn is a junior secondary homonym of Chalinoraphis digitata Von Lendenfeld, 1887. Baer's species has been renamed as Haliclona leopoldi by Van Soest & Hooper (2020), thus removing the homonymy. No action is required. [details]
