Description: Colonies are arborescent to caespito-corymbose. Radial corallites are of mixed sizes, are widely spaced and small, with projecting lower lips. Colour: pale to dark brown or blue, often with pale-blue tips. Abundance: uncommon, restricted to shallow back-reef margins where it occurs with A. aspera (Veron, 1986). [details]
