Description Coulour in life: very variable with predominant colour ranging from black to fawn. This may pale progressively along the arms to light fawn or yellow and arms may have several alternating pale and dark regions giving banded appearance (Humphreys, 1981 <213>).
Also distributed in the gulf of Aqaba (1-1,5 m. depth) (Clark, 1972). [details]
