Description Disc scales naked except for the radial shields and a few scales around them. Radial shields five times as long as broad, length half of the disc radius, narrowly separated. Oral shields oval, twice as broad as long. Adoral plates not meeting proximally. Aboral arm plates longer than wide, scarcely in contact. Oral arm plates longer than broad, distal side convex, dark-coloured except near the edge. Five arm spines basally, seven later, falling off to five along the arm, all somewhat flattened. The lowest arm spine the longest (rather more than the length of an arm segment). Habitat: vertical burrows in the mud (Balinsky, 1957). [details]
