Editor's comment Sylline is a genus of Autolytinae syllids created by Grube. Sylline Claparède does not exist. However, some subsequent authors have acted as if Claparède created it newly in 1864 for his Sylline brevipes. Sylline brevipes belongs in Exogone. This taxonomic confusion needs to be resolved. [details]
