Diagnosis Original diagnosis by Gravier (1905: 444): "Tentacules nombreux, les uns filiformes, légèrement canaliculés, les autres, plus longs, élargis et creusés en gouttière dans leur partie terminale, portés par un lobe dorsal très développé. Premier segment achète, très court, surmonté par une lèvre ventrale triangulaire. Pas de branchies. Faisceaux de soies capillaires commençant au 2e segment , portés par des lobes foliacés. Tores thoraciques à partir du 6e sétigère. Au premier tore, soies coudées à pointe tournée vers l'extrémité postérieure; aux autres tores thoraciques, crochets à long manubrium légèrement incurvé, dont le rostre présente 4 dents. Dans les segments abdominaux, les pinnules portent des plaques aviculaires courtes à 4 rangées de dents. Tube à paroi mince, sans consistance, recouvert de sable fin.[details]
