Habitat According to Paterson & Gibson (2003: 739), ''Although A. abranchiata is described as being collected from a sand/gravel substrate, one of the A. abranchiata syntypes was found to be fouled with sponge macrosclere spicules (oxea) suggesting that sponges were associated with that collection.''[details]
Reproduction ''The presence of enlarged moniliform body segments and the presence of regenerating fragments suggest that architomic asexual reproduction occurs in this species'' (Blake, 1983: 253). [details]
