Editor's comment: The former Aproditiformia superfamilies are unnecessary. As Chrysopetalacea (in part) and Pisionacea are redundant disused names, then Aphroditoidea, the nominal superfamily for Aphroditiformia suborder, is similarly a redundant intermediate rank. It is set aside as invalid while currently unused. [details]
