It is worked up the collection of the seastars family Brisingidae made by the R/V
Vityaz at 18 stations in the North-Western Pacific at the depths from 1000 to 6860 meters. Three new species (
Freyella kurilokamchatika sp. n,
Brisingella beringiana sp. n. and
Astrocles japonics sp. n. ) and one new subspecies (
Freyella oligobrachia polyspina subsp. n.) are described. The new findings for two more rare species (
Brisingella ochotensis Djakonov and
Astrocles actinodetus Fisher) are indicated. The individual variation of these species is discussed.
