Two new species of polynoids from the central part of the P i c i f i c (Mt Vytyaz and M t Guyot) are described. Polynoe uschakovi sp. no is associated with a gorgonarian Callogorgia sp. and with a hydrocoral Allopora sp. It l i v e s on a gorgonaria under s c l e r i t e s of polyps, on a hydrocoral - i n tubular "galls", abnormal growths of walls of the coral. Harmothoe melanicornis sp. n, is associated with another species of the genus Allopora. It lives i n tubular "galls" similar to those of Po uschakovi, In both cases the g a l l formation seem to be induced by commensals. A bibliography of the Polychaeta symbionts of Coelenterata is presented.
