Description Height to 25 cm, width 1/3 to 1/2 of height. Bell thick, translucent, with smooth surface and four long tentacles banded pinkish yellow. Four T-shaped rhopalial pits, dull ochre coloured, situated more than 1/4 up from bell edge. Gastric cirri in small groups in stomach corners. Ocelli brownish-black. Strong swimmer, occasionally swarming. Habitat: occasionally inshore. Distribution: pantropical (Richmond, 1997). [details]
