Diagnosis Test small, elongate, subtriangular in section or may have distinctly carinate angles, chambers in high-spired arrangement, added in five planes that are 110¡ to 170¡ apart, planes of chamber addition in successive whorls slightly varying, finally with only three planes, chambers somewhat elongate, extending proximally at the margins; wall calcareous, finely perforate, surface smooth; aperture a simple terminal slit that may be surrounded by a clear vitreous neck.
