Nomenclature Annenkova, 1937 named Pista foliigeraformis, based on a taxon she had earlier recorded as Pista foliigera Caullery, but she presents in the 1937 synonymy the name "Pista foliigera Annenkova (1929)" as if it was her 1929 new species name rather than a usage of Caullery's name. Hartman either did not check the original, or misunderstood the usage, as she misrepresents it as P. foliigera Annenkova in her checklist, referring it to P. foliigeraformis as if it was a replaced name for homonymy [details]
