(summary) A collection of serpulids from Kurile-Kamchatka trench made during cruises of thc R.V. "Vityaz" contained 6 new species and one new genus. Three new spccies of Hyalopomatus were described earlier (Kupriyanova, 1993). Illustrated descriptions of Bathyditrupa hovei gen. et sp. n., Bathyvermilia zibrowiusi sp. n., and Protis polyoperculata sp. n. are given in the present paper. Bathyditrupa gen. n. is the second serpulid genus known exclusively from the abyssal. Its diagnostic characters: 5 thoracic setigerous segments; simple capillary collar setae; tube free, curvcd, opaque, and quadrangular in cross-section; short thoracic membrane; second dorsal branchial filament is transformed into thick pinnulate opercular stalk; operculum covered with horny distal plate; uncini rasp-shaped with bifurcate anterior teeth. Bathyvermilia zibrowiusi sp. n. differs from other species of the genus by tube, circular in cross-section, with wide peristomes and opercular plate with concentric ridges. The genus is recorded in the North-Eastem Pacific for the first time. Protis polyoperculata sp. n. is the only serpulid species having numerous (up to 6) opercula. The diagnosis of the genus is emended.
