Diagnosis Apical system monobasal, with 3 gonopores (genital pore 3 absent). Petals unequal, the posterior pair and anterior petals sub-parallel, open distally and gradually ending, anterior pair closing distally. Phyllodes with one inner and one outer pore-pair series. [details]
Etymology After the Latin “editus, a, um” (high, elevated) that refers to the high test morphology. [details]
