Diagnosis Pedinopsis species with hemispherical test flattened around the peristome. The poriferous zone is biserial from the apical disc until slightly before the peristome. There are two simple platelets and two elements occluded from the perradial suture in each quadrigeminate compound subambital ambulacral plate. In the supra-ambital six-geminate compound ambulacral plates, there are two simple elements and four occluded from the perradial suture. [details]
