Metalia spatagus (subanal fasciole)
Description Subanal fasciole. The subanal fasciole is shield-shaped and includes three pores on either side. They are set with tube feet specialized for maintaining the sanitary funnel, into which the waste material is washed. Two anal branches are developed, which surround the periproct (upper edge).
