Description a. Echinometra: The long axis passes through IA 3 and A I. b. Heterocentrotus: The long axis runs approximately along the border of A lV / lA 4 and lA 1 /A ll, sometimes very slightly turned to one or the other side. When placed in the "normal" orientation with A lll anterior, the test is transverse oval. Colobocentrotus and Podophora also belong to this group.
