Description
Oral side of regular acroechinoids: The oral side is structured according to lifestyle and habitat: Numerous tubercles carry spines used for walking over the ground, and in the pore zones there is a narrow band of pore-pairs set with podia. This urchin lives in more sheltered water and on more or less even ground.
