A taxonomical study was made of species of the families (Calanidae, Scolecithricidae, Aetideidae, Metridinidae, Candaciidae, Eucalanidae, Centropagidae, Acartiidae, Pseudodiaptomidae, Tortanidae, Paracalanidae, Calocalanidae, Clausocalanidae, Augaptilidae, Heterorhabdidae, and Phaenidae), recently collected from nine sites in Indonesian waters. Ninety nine species were recorded, including one species Candacia ishimarui Mulyadi, 1997, recently described from this area, and nine species, Scottocalanus helenae (Lubbock, 1856), Candacia guggenheimi Grice & Jones, 1960, Eucalanus parki Fleminger, 1973, Centropages brevifurcus Shen & Lee, 1963, C. sinensis Chen & Zhang, 1965, C. tenuiremis Thompson & Scott, 1903, Acartia sinjiensis Mori, 1940, Pseudodiaptomus incisus Shen & Lee, 1963, and P. philippinensis Walter, 1986, reported for the first time from Indonesian waters, while three other species, Undeuchaeta sp., Toratnus sp., and Bestiola sp. appear to be new to science. The remain 86 species, Calanoides philippineneis Kitou & Tanaka, 1969, C. pauper (Giesbrecht, 1888), U. vulgaris (Dana, 1849), C. darwini (Lubbock, 1860), Neocalanus gracilis (Dana, 1849), Scottocalanus farrani (T.
