RULING : (1) Under the Plenary Powers, (a) the generic name Lysippe Kinahan, 1858 (Class Crustacea, Order Decapoda) is hereby suppressed for the purposes both of the Law of Priority and of the Law of Homonymy; and (b) the name Lysippe Malmgren, 1865 (Class Polychaeta) is hereby validated.
