Diagnosis Thorax with achaetous peristomium and 4 setigerous segments. First setiger complete with notopodia and neuropodia. Setigers 1-4 with capillary notosetae and neuropodial hooded hooks. Abdominal setigers with hooded hooks only, except for notopodia of setiger 5, which sometimes bears both capillaries and hooks. Branchiae and nephridial papillae absent.
