Nomenclature Millepeda Seba, 1834 is of mixed phyla, includes various 'millipedes' (Arthropoda:Diplopoda) and two marine annelids. Millepeda is pre-linnaean (1758) and did not later become an available genus name. One of the annelids is recognisable as an amphinomid (possibly a Hermodice), the other lacks sufficient detail for family placement. [details]
