Taxonomy Despite the great overlap in meristics and morphometrics between F. asperrima and F. serratissima recent as yet unpublished sequence data (Eleaume, personal communication) suggests that the two may be distinct. Both are therefore currently accepted. Should they prove conspecific, F. serratissima is the senior name. [details]
