Editor's comment The geographic coordinates of the type locality provided in the original description (Giere & Erséus, 1998) seem to be erroneous. They were corrected from 16.48ºN, 88.05ºW to 16º48'N, 88º05'E in order to plot the type locality on the above map. [details]
