Editor's comment Diesing (1859) synonimized Ochetostoma (as Ochetostomum Diesing, 1851) with Thalassema; accordingly Ochetostomum lessoni Diesing, 1851 was transferred to Thalassema but the specific name was simultaneously emended to T. 'lessonii'. It should be regarded as unjustified emendation according to the Art. 33.4 of the Code (ICZN 1999). [details]
