Diagnosis From Sanamyan et al. 2025: "Urtibrina gen.n. differs from Urticina in the presence of gonads on the mesenteries of the first cycle; in Urticina the first cycle is sterile. Urtibrina gen.n. differs from Cribrinopsis in relative size ranges of large basitrichs in the tentacles and actinopharynx: basitrichs in actinopharynx of Urtibrina gen.n. are much larger than basitrichs in the tentacles, a feature not characteristic for Cribrinopsis." [details]
