In the result of population studies of Eurytemora Giesbrecht genus from the inland water bodies of the White Sea basin, the Pechora Sea basin, the Lena River Delta and the Pacific Ocean coast of the USA we established that Eurytemora gracilicauda Akatova is distributed along the entire Russian Arctic. However North American E. americana Williams was not revealed in this area. Clear morphological and molecular-genetic differences of E. gracilicauda and E. americana are presented.
