Diagnosis Test ovate in outline, flattened, ovoid in section, chambers few, of nearly equal breadth and height and regularly biserial throughout, sutures distinct, depressed, oblique; wall calcareous, surface smooth, a clear hyaline band surrounds the aperture just below the opaque collar; aperture terminal, radiate, provided with a short straight entosolenian tube.
