Zooplankton of Yenişehir Lake (Reyhanlı, Hatay). Zooplankton and some water qualities (nitrate, phosphate, pH, dissolved oxygen temperature and transparency) of Yenişehir Lake which is located Reyhanlı town in Hatay province, was studied. İn this study, in total of 42 taxa were identified which is 33 of them rotifers, 5 of them Cladocerans and 4 of them copepods. Keratella tropica, and Eudiaptomus drieschi were found every month through study period but some species Lecane leontina, Colurella adriatica, Ascomorpha ovalis, Lophocharis salpina, İlyocryptus sordidus were found only one month study period. Zooplankton of lake was researched quantitatively also and Conochiloides natans, Moina micrura and Thermocyclops crassus was found maximum, and Lecane leontina, Macrothrix laticornis and Eucyclops speratus were found minumum. İn addition Lecane leontina is new record for inland water of Turkey
