Description Test endothyrid with more numerous chambers than the typical endothyroid forms of this group, and becoming strongly deviated to aligned and even planispiral and evolute. Numerous quadratic chambers without sutures. Spines in the primitive forms pseudochomata in the typical forms. Wall simple dark, or bilayered with tectum and grey inner layer or more rarely calcareously agglutinated. Aperture terminal, basal simple.
