Diagnosis Test lenticular, chambers in low trochospiral coil; wall calcareous, finely perforate, hyaline oblique and optically granular in structure; aperture at base of apertural face, extending from near the periphery to the umbilical region, small secondary sutural openings on spiral side near junction of spiral and septal sutures, with similar small openings at sharp curve near midpoint of sutures on the umbilical side.
