Diagnosis Test narrow, elongate, ovoid in section, biserial, slightly twisted, early chambers low and closely appressed, later chambers higher, the final pair occupying about one-third the test length, sutures depressed, oblique; wall calcareous, finely perforate, optically granular, surface smooth; aperture a long narrow slit that extends up the face of the final chamber from its base, provided with an internal toothplate.
