Diagnosis Megalospheric generation with subspherical initial chamber embraced by larger second chamber, microspheric generation with initial coil of small chambers, later stage with planispiral equatorial layer of rapidly enlarging and finally annular chambers, secondarily subdivided into chamberlets and connected with adjacent chambers and chamberlets by annular and radial stolons, hence six stolons per chamber, lateral chambers present on each side of equatorial layer; intraseptal and intramural canal system present.
