Diagnosis Test a simple coiled tube throughout, with slight growth constrictions but little indication of pseudochambers, early stage streptospiral or irregular, later planispiral and evolute for most of the growth; wall calcareous, microgranular, with little or no differentiation and no secondary deposits; aperture simple, at the open end of the tube.
