Diagnosis Test free, large, flattened, early stage planispiral and evolute, later chambers flaring to result in a peneropliform and then reniform test, finally becoming cyclic, periphery broadly rounded; wall microgranular, agglutinated, imperforate epidermal layer and subepidermal network restricted to the lateral walls, leaving chamber interior undivided; aperture multiple, cribrate, with openings scattered on the apertural face, not in a single row.
