Diagnosis. Test lenticular, with a rounded peripheral margin, consisting of a very small proloculus and a tubular chamber, wound in two nearly mutually perpendicular directions, sometimes in slightly alternating planes at the initial portion. Wall relatively thin, finely porous, similar to that of archaediscids, and subject to recrystallization (?). The aperture is formed by the open end of the tube.
Late Viséan and Namurian from Fergana-Pamir (Tajikistan), Urals, Donets Basin(?).
