Below an oblique section of “Pseudorotalia schaubi” HOTTINGER. 8: section tangential to umbo. 9, 10: almost centered oblique sections near to the axial plane.11: axial section of recrystallized shell where only the umbos are preserved. 12-14: more or less inclined oblique sections illustrating the relative constance of the proportions of the shell.
