Additional data on morphology and ecology of Ototyphlonemertes martynovi and a description of O. nikolaii sp. n. are presented. In the new species cerebral organs, tactile cirri, adhesive plate and intestinal pouches are absent, statolith contains 20 granules, middle chamber of proboscis is very long, stylets are longitudinally sculptured. All species with polygranular statoliths are transferred to the subgenus Norenburgia. Otohelicophora Envall, 1996 is nomen nudum.
