Ototyphlonemertes valentinae sp. n. collected from the tidal zone of Peter the Great Bay is described. The new species belongs to the subgenus Norenburgia, the group "Lactea-morph". It is close to the not described species L-Dali (Envall, Norenburg, 2001) from Japan. The distinguishing features of the new species are as follows: accessory stylets are forward and backward directed, statolith consists of 20-22 granules, posterior chamber of proboscis is of vesicular type. The bilateral construction is characteristic of the anterior proboscis chamber in the new species.
