Figure 11 is of specimen 3 from the base of the Florena shale ( K-126), and figures 14-21 are of topotype specimens 7, 2, 4, 8, 9, 1, 12, and 10, respectively, from the base of the Florena ( K-225 ). Specimens of figures 10, 12, and 13 are from the top of the Cottonwood limestone (K-109), and that of 22 is a topotype specimen from the base of the Florena shale near Ground Summit ( K-225 ).
