The material was collected by Mr. Suphachai Sittilert from muddy environment areas at Tachin-delta and Tachin-river upwards, from March to December 1980. It consists of 12 species of Polychaetes. 10 of them were determined to species level. One species was described as a new species (Namalycastis tachinensis n. sp.). Polydorella novageorgiae, first described and reported by Gibbs from Solomon-Island, was found the first time in Asian waters.
