Nolte defines his Kalaminochaetidae larval forms, but only mentions the genus Kalaminochaeta, and the combination Kalaminochaeta lagostris (presumably the same taxon as Nolte's Kalymmaria lagostris in the same work) in a footnote exception to his description of Kalaminochaetidae [details]
