Status The holotype of Autolytus multidentatus was revised by Nygren (2004: 198), who stated: "The trepan, pharynx structure, and presence of ventral cirri indicates that this is a member of Odontosyllis." The species will become a senior homonym of Odontosyllis multidentata Hartmann-Schröder, 1982, in case the termination of multidentatus has to be corrected to multidentata. The new combination Odontosyllis multidentatus was first published by Rivera & Romero (2008: 24).  [details]
