Authority Whether Grube should be included as author is debatable. Palmyra fragilis is a specimen with an unpublished name that Augener came across in the Copenhagen museum. He writes "I saw a Chrysopelalum from St. Croix there under the name Palmyra fragilis Gr. This name is not only found on the outside of the relevant glass container, but also appears as a handwritten note by Kroyer on a piece of cardboard inside the glass container."
