AB  - This paper deals with the citaUon of 4 sponges (Axinella centrotylota, Latrunculia citharistae, Leptolabis brunea and Haliclona citrina) new records for the lberian Peninsula, and 5 species more, new records for the spanish mediterranean coasts. Some taxonomic aspects of the more interesting species (Ch. psammophila, Ph. robusta var. hirondellei) are discussed and a new species of the Genus Clathria is also described.
